As well as all our normal activities every year we try and organise special events for the Christmas period.

Here’s what Woodlands have been up to and what we’ve got coming up!

On Friday 7th December the resident’s enjoyed a trip to their favourite pub, The Tweseldown, for lunch and a few drinks.

 

On Monday 10th December there was Holy Communion.

Family members and friends are more than welcome to come and enjoy the upcoming events with the resident’s;    

Neil Colledge is coming to sing on the 12th December. 

On the 13th December there is a violin performance by St Nicholas School at Hill House.

The Crondall Bell Ringers will be performing on the 16th December.

On the 17th December we have a Christmas service in the afternoon, followed by the staff singing carols.

Robert Mays School in Odiham have organised a tea party and dance that will be taking place on Tuesday 18th December.

The resident’s Christmas lunch will be served on Wednesday 19th December.

Prudence the opera singer will be performing on the 20th December.

One of the resident’s favourite, The King Singers, are visiting on 21st December to perform a variety of songs.

Hill Brow’s Christmas activities started on 5th December with a visit from Fleet Lions Club, singing Christmas carols.

On Thursday 6th December the resident’s enjoyed a shopping trip to The Range.

Crondall Bell Ringers performed on Tuesday 11th December.

Resident’s enjoyed a drink and lunch at The Tweseldown Pub on 11th December.

 

Here’s a list of what’s still to come;

On 13th December at 3.15pm St Nicholas School violinists will be visiting.

14th December at 3.00pm Prudence the opera singer will be performing.

The resident’s Christmas lunch is served on 18th December at 12.30pm, followed by carol singing by Ann and Hilary at 2.30pm.

On the 21st December the staff will be performing a musical variety show for the resident’s.

Christmas poems and reading by resident’s and staff will take place on 24th December.

All friends and family are more than welcome to come and join in with any of the activities. We hope to see you there!
