On Thursday 31st January, Hill Brow Care Home in Ewshot Farnham, had a routine but unannounced inspection by an Environmental Health Officer and was awarded the Highest Rating of 5 and Very Good, under the Food Standards Agency, for Kitchen Food Hygiene and Food Preparation.
On Friday 1st February it was, Woodlands Care Home in Fleets turn for its annual, unannounced inspection by an Environmental Health Officer. Again, at Woodlands we were awarded a 5 and Very Good for the sixth year in a row.
In addition to this Woodlands, was also awarded an Award of Excellence for Food Hygiene by Hart District Council. This award is given to kitchens who have demonstrated excellent food hygiene standards and have a tradition of constantly maintaining excellent standards of food hygiene year on year.
