It has been another busy week at Woodlands. With pamper days, exercise classes, lots of quizzes, music and although the weather was mixed, we did manage to spend some lovely sunny afternoons playing games in the courtyard and walking around the grounds that look lovely at the moment.
We started the week on Monday 27th. April with our ever popular chair based exercises and then sang our new pandemic version of ‘We’ll’ Meet Again’ as well as some other songs.
During the afternoon some of us enjoyed some pampering with manicures and hand-massages.
