A Very Warm Welcome
Back to our Relatives!
On Monday 1st. March we enjoyed morning exercises followed by some pampering.
The hairdresser also visited and we worked upon our scrapbooks.
On Tuesday 9th. March we enjoyed chair-based exercises and a quiz.

Sheila our new resident and Joy both enjoyed a turn in our lovely garden in the gorgeous Spring sunshine.
On Tuesday 9th. March we were also very proud to be able to host our first visit back in the home for our relatives, inline with government guidelines. Our lovely Helen was able to meet her son and hold hands safely in our welcoming visitors’ room. They were both very happy to be able to do this at long last!

During the afternoon we prepared pizza breads for supper during Cookery Club.

On Wednesday 10th. March we enjoyed a word search and chair-based exercises during the morning and then during the afternoon it was time for our ever popular arts and social group.
We managed a very creditable 70 words from ‘Horticulture!’

On Thursday 11th. March we did our chair-based exercises and then enjoyed a few rounds of Hillbrow hangman which we very much enjoy.

On Friday 12th. march we enjoyed ball games and Hangman during the morning and Music Club during the afternoon, as well as some gentle exercises.

On Saturday 13th. March we reminisced about old movies and Sheila was soon up and dancing as we listened to some of the old movie music.
We talked about and did a quiz about famous actors and actresses.

On Mothers’ Day Sunday 14th. March it was a happy day as we warmly welcomed back more relatives visiting in our welcoming and safe visitors room.
