On Monday 15th. March we started the week energetically with chair based exercises and enjoyed some pampering. During the afternoon the hairdresser visited.

On Tuesday 16th. March ahead of St. Patrick’s Day on Tuesday we enjoyed gentle exercises and an Irish word search.

During the afternoon we reminisced looking and working on our personal scrapbooks over a nice cup of tea.

On Wednesday 17th. March St. Patrick’s Day we enjoyed an ‘Irish’ quiz and learnt a little of the history of St. Patrick’s Day.  We enjoyed shamrock decorated biscuits with our mid morning tea!

During the afternoon we enjoyed arts and social with an Irish theme and listened to some Irish folk music.

On Thursday 18th. March some of us enjoyed  a morning stroll in our lovely garden and admired the colourful Spring blooms.

On Friday 19th. March on another sunny bright Spring morning we were out in the garden again enjoying the fresh air and flowers!

As a nod to St. Patrick’s Day we later enjoyed an all things ‘Green’ quiz and did a word search from ‘Erin Go Bragh’ – Ireland Forever. We even enjoyed some ‘green’ beer as we listened to some more Irish music.

On Saturday 20th. March we enjoyed looking at and revamping our Easter decorations as well as some creative Easter colour therapy.
