The recent flower show week at Woodlands was more than just a display of vibrant blooms- it was a week-long celebration of beauty of nature and joy for our residents. From breath-taking floral arrangements to leisurely garden strolls and charming garden tea parties, the week offered sensory feasts for all.
Dementia Choir
In the cozy embrace of our homes, different groups of our residents from all four homes with a shared passion that transcends their cognitive challenges gathered together to sing. The Dementia Choir welcomes residents from all four homes, creating a vibrant community where music becomes a bridge connecting hearts and memories.
Every month, the choir meets, their voices blending in a harmonious chorus. Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia may have dimmed some of their memories, but their love of music remains unwavering.
Flower Arranging
Our home was transformed into a vibrant hub. Tables laden with an assortment of flowers, vases, and other decorative element. The residents, each with their unique vision and flair, gathered together, a symphony of laughter and shared enthusiasm filling the room.
