Woodlands and Hill Brow have a long and proud tradition of caring for the elderly in Farnham, Surrey and Fleet, Hampshire, since 1976.
Both care homes in Church Crookham are rated as outstanding by CQC, which is only achieved by 3% of care homes nationally.
We provide 24 hour residential care for the elderly who are living with long term medical conditions, such as diabetes, stroke, respiratory conditions and Parkinson’s. We also care for residents with short term memory loss and early stages of dementia.
Our residents are cared for and supported ensuring their dignity and independence is maintained. We consider it a real honour to care for the elderly at our care homes in Church Crookham. Moreover, all our staff are encouraged to care for residents as if they were family.
