Woodlands and Hill Brow have a long and proud tradition of caring for the elderly in Farnham, Surrey and Fleet, Hampshire, and are rated as outstanding by CQC. This is only achieved by 3% of care homes nationally.

We provide 24 hour residential care for the elderly who are living with long term medical conditions, such as diabetes, stroke, respiratory conditions and Parkinson’s. We also care for residents with short term memory loss and early stages of dementia.

Our residents are cared for and supported ensuring their dignity and independence is maintained. We consider it an honour to care for the elderly at our care homes in Farnham. Moreover, all staff are encouraged to care for residents as if they were family. Woodlands & Hill Brow are happy care homes which feel like a home away from home.
