Woodlands and Hill Brow Care Homes are a trained and experienced palliative care home. We aim to make an individual’s final days as comfortable, dignified and peaceful as possible.
Palliative Care is a specialist care service requiring emotional intelligence and empathy. As such, this includes pain management, symptom control, physical, psychological, spiritual and emotional support.
Firstly, we offer space, tranquility and compassion. Secondly, trained carers provide the support needed by individuals and their families during these difficult times. Importantly, the residents and their families are consulted at every stage of the journey.
The ethos of Woodlands and Hill Brow is to care for our residents as if they were our own family.
We pride ourselves on always being fully staffed and never having to use agency staff.
Residents receive full 24 hour care from experienced carers.
