Woodlands and Hill Brow are family owned, as such, have a long and proud tradition of caring for the elderly. Importantly, both residential care homes near Fleet are rated as outstanding by CQC, which is only achieved by 3% of care homes nationally.

We provide 24 hour residential care for the elderly living with long term medical conditions. We also care for residents with short term memory loss, and early stages of dementia.

All staff are encouraged to care for residents as if they were family, as such, ensuring their dignity and independence is maintained. Importantly, at our residential care home near Fleet, we consider caring to be a real honour. Woodlands & Hill Brow are happy care homes which feel like a home away from home.

What do residential care homes offer?

Firstly, a busy activity programme ensures Woodlands and Hill Brow residential care homes are full of life and happiness. So, both homes have strong links with local communities. And, a busy social life.

Secondly, our care homes offer medication administration and monitoring. Plus, a weekly Doctor’s clinic as well as physiotherapy, chiropody, live entertainment and plenty of trips out, all free of charge. ​

And thirdly, we pride ourselves on varied and locally sourced fresh home cooked meals.
