24 hour outstanding personalised care in Fleet and Farnham
Residents at Woodlands and Hill Brow Residential Care Homes receive 24 hour personalised care from our care team. We do not use any agency staff so our staff really get to know the individual residents, their care needs and preferences. We care and offer support for the elderly living with long term medical conditions such as diabetes, strokes, respiratory conditions and Parkinson’s. We also care for residents with short term memory loss and mild dementia.
Woodlands and Hill Brow also care for residents who need palliative care and we can offer respite care too.
We work in partnership with our residents and their families who are consulted and updated monthly in a care review on any changes that may be beneficial or required. In addition, we work in partnership with a local doctor’s practice who hold weekly clinics in the home as well as working with the local community district nursing team to help support our residents in the homes.
We strive to improve the quality of life for the residents who have chosen to live with us at Woodlands and Hillbrow.
Our care home fees are all inclusive. This means that the resident pays nothing extra on top of their weekly fees other than for hairdressing (the hairdresser calls once a week) and personal toiletries.
Residents receive full 24 hour care from experienced carers.
We provide:

- Varied and locally sourced fresh home-cooked meals
- 7 day a week programme of activities and social events
- Activities and outings in Surrey and Hampshire
