We started the week with chair-based aerobics with a ‘Love to Move’ session endorsed by the British Gymnastics Association. We followed this with a lively ‘Coin the Phrase’ quiz.

We received and enjoyed reading some lovely letters sent to them by the pupils of Heatherside School. We were very touched by their kind words and to have been thought of by the school children who normally attend school so close by to them.

Tess enjoying the exercises, and Kath with a letter from Theodore at Heatherside School.

In the afternoon residents once enjoyed the lovely warm Spring sunshine in the beautiful gardens with a wine or soft drink while completing a word search on the garden.

On Tuesday in our Poetry Club we all enjoyed learning about some of the Easter traditions, such as the wearing of bonnets, hot cross buns, eggs, bunnies and Easter baskets.
