Woodlands & Hill Brow has always been more than just a care home – it is a true family endeavour. Founded in 1976 by Gillian Lee after caring for her own grandmother, Woodlands & Hill Brow has remained family-run for over four decades.
Today, Alison Lee, a qualified nurse with a degree in elderly care, leads the homes alongside her family – with a third generation now proudly involved. Their shared mission remains simple yet powerful: to provide outstanding dementia care services that feel like home, not just care.
