Advent Week Part 2
On Friday 4th. December it was ‘Elf Day’ a charity day to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society. Staff dressed up as elves, there was an Elf Christmas quiz, games and ‘Elfie’ (selfie) photos. We enjoyed a festive music quiz and sing-a-long during the afternoon and everyone won a prize in our ‘Red and Green’ Elf Day raffle.

On Saturday 5th. December we enjoyed a piano sing-a-long with Louis and celebrated Aram’s forthcoming wedding on Boxing Day in Africa as it was his last weekend before he flies home.

During the afternoon we enjoyed some Christmas arts and crafts and made a sparkling festive wreath using some of the wool so kindly donated recently, and some old Christmas decorations. It is on display on our festive snowy table!

On Sunday 6th. December we enjoyed some Christmas music with our Sunday papers during the morning and then helped with some more Christmas decorations. During the afternoon we completed the Giant Crossword before watching a festive film.
