It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!!

What an amazing week we had in woodlands. We had pre-Christmas party for our residents and a Christmas fete which included lots of Christmas games and delicious foods.

On Monday, we had a Christmas choir of primary school children who sang for us with all their hearts, some of our residents shed a few happy tears.

On Wednesday, the residents enjoyed Christmas arts and crafts. We made mini-Christmas snow jars, Christmas cards, hot chocolate and marshmallow cones.

On Thursday, we had a Christmas party for our residents. The dining room was decorated, it was very “Christmassy”, delicious party food and drinks were served for lunch.

As our residents were enjoying their lunch. We had a surprise visit from Father Christmas with Christmas presents for all our residents.

A live performance from Steph was the cherry on top of our Christmas party.

On Friday, we had the annual Christmas fete at Farnham Mill. All our 4 homes came together in Farnham Mill and thoroughly enjoyed Christmas games and foods.

It was great to see all the residents socialising with each other.

On Saturday morning, we had a table tennis challenge.

In the afternoon some of our residents enjoyed decorating Christmas wreaths.
