We started our week with gentle exercise, it’s important for us to keep our body’s active even while we are sitting in a chair!

C.J spending time with the Physiotherapist, it is important for us to do the correct exercises and ensure we are using all our muscles.

Residents enjoyed their chocolate treats after the ‘Shamrock and Leprechaun’ quiz. Each resident had to throw an object onto the board in turn to decide the difficulty of the question posed.

The ‘Paddies’ won the game but were happy to share the treats.

On Wednesday our lovely ladies took some time out for themselves (with the help of staff) and treated themselves to a new nail colour.

They all look fabulous!

We brightened up the home by arranging a variety of flowers, they looked and smelled wonderful.

It’s a great way to spend time with friends.

We enjoyed a walk around the garden, even if it was overcast we made the most of the fresh air.

We played balloon bounce in the afternoon, we had a great laugh and managed to capture some excellent action shots of our hard work.

We had a lovely trip to Redfield’s, we all enjoyed a coffee, and chatting with friends.

We were all smiles as we took a trip next door to enjoy some wonderful guitar playing. B.P particularly enjoyed listening to the music and danced the afternoon away in his chair!

We enjoyed a relaxing start to Mother’s Day with a game of hangman. It was the perfect way to start the day, relaxing with friends.

We all enjoyed visits with our loved ones it was wonderful to spend time with them on such a special day!

We all enjoyed some lovely presents from Hillbrow, we were well and truly spoilt!
