On Monday we started our day with News of the day and morning manicures for some of the residents.

 

We joined in with a group physio session, this is a great way for all of us to get involved, use our muscles and have fun while doing it. We also had a game of balloon bounce.

In the afternoon we had chair yoga and finished the afternoon off with an afternoon tea.

Time for arts & crafts, making crowns ready for the coronation.

We finished Tuesday afternoon off with the Royal quiz.

On Wednesday we started our day with Daily Sparkle, Royal reminiscing and King Charles lll.

The lovely Rowena came along for the afternoon and played the piano whilst the residents enjoyed a British afternoon cheese social

On Thursday morning we spent the morning with Coronation games, quiz and word games. Then made the home smell lovely with fresh flowers.

On Friday Morning Becky held cooking club to make a lovely coronation Quiche

Friday afternoon some of the residents went out to have a look at coronation decorations around Church Crookham and Fleet then went to our local pub for a drink and a packet of crisps.

The big day arrived His Royal Highness King Charles lll was crowned, the residents looked forward to getting their seats ready for the big show.

After the show on Saturday the residents enjoyed the Kings Coronation high tea celebrations.

 

On Sunday the residents started the day with their daily exercise stretch and movement, News of the day and church service on the tv. In the afternoon we enjoyed Terry the singer, great entertainment.
