On Monday we started our day with our daily exercises a flower word wheel and puzzles. We decorated biscuits with flower designs to have with our afternoon tea. The afternoon was spent playing skittles.
On Tuesday we discovered the history of the Chelsea flower show, the residents really enjoyed doing the research. Others were pampered at the hairdressers. In the afternoon a few of our residents went for a lovely walk in the sunshine to Poppys Café for some tea and cake.
On Wednesday we enjoyed balloon bounce, made tissue paper flowers, the physiotherapist came and held one to one sessions with some of the residents, after there was a group session.
Wednesday afternoon we planted some sunflower seeds in the garden
On Thursday we started our day with daily exercises and a game of flower hangman, then in the afternoon the residents enjoyed making the home look bright and smell beautiful with fresh flowers.
On Friday morning some of the residents went to find bluebells in Odiham
On Friday afternoon, Terry the singer came and joined us in the garden, we enjoyed drinks and lollies to keep us cool in the sunshine.
