In a true Western style, our residents had a ‘A hog-killin’ time’!

Yeehaw! Kicking off the week with a Western themed hangman game, that got our brains pumping.

It is believed that starting the day with cognitive activity can help activate networks within the brain and keep them functioning throughout the day. While this may not cure or completely prevent dementia, it can be a helpful strategy for managing the condition and our residents love all sorts of brain stimulating exercises.

Bang on the drum!

All I need is one more number…

When to the next game I go,

I pray the Lord I yell……
