Everyday morning chair-based exercises.
We aim to provide our residents with the opportunity to move their bodies every morning. Besides the individual and group physiotherapy sessions with our physiotherapist each week, we encourage gentle stretching and movement every single day. This routine helps our residents feel relaxed, refreshed, and ready for the day ahead. Providing an environment that promotes physical wellness is essential to ensuring our residents lead a fulfilling and comfortable stay.

The crips autumn air breathed new life into our garden, reinvigorating us all. The gently rustling leaves and cool breeze enlivened our spirits, infusing our residents with new energy. Nature’s vibrant colours and bountiful fruits reminded us of the beauty of autumn and all its wonder. As we wandered through the garden, taking in the sights and smells, we felt revitalized and refreshed. It was a reminder that even in the midst of change, there is always something to be grateful for and enjoy.
