Manager’s Tea Party
Woodlands has recently launched an innovative and exciting initiative with the primary objective of further elevating residents’ satisfaction and catering to their diverse needs. Spearheading this initiative is our home manager, Debbie, who goes above and beyond to ensure that residents overall well-being and stay are nothing short of exceptional.
Debbie recognises the importance of establishing a strong and meaningful connection with residents. In order to achieve this, she has decided to proactively engage in open discussions. These interactions are conducted in a welcoming setting, involves small group of four residents (different residents each time) every fortnight.
