Afternoon tea with Debbie
We enjoyed an afternoon tea and discussion with our Home Manager Debbie. The event provided a platform for sharing insights, addressing concerns, and strengthening relationships. This is a new initiative that our manager has introduced to enhance direct interaction with residents, gaining insight into their needs and preferences. This approach fosters a deeper understanding of residents’ wellbeing and enables us to address their concerns effectively, ensuring a more personalised and supportive environment within our home.
