We started the week at Hillbrow teasing our sense of taste with a mysterious guess the chocolate flavour. We were presented with a variety of flavours and got to enjoy them while we guessed their flavour.
We all gathered in the dining room for our weekly group physio session. This is one of our favourite activities as it helps us to stay active and the the Physio gives us exercises personalised just for us!
We were treated to a pamper session this week as our lovely staff painted our nails for us! We of course had to show them off, how beautiful they looked!
We took part in a fun gardening quiz this week. With this we can keep our minds sharp and just as active as we keep our bodies!
We had a wonderful surprise this week, as little Patsy came to visit us! We of course all fell in love with her instantly and how couldn’t you, with that little face!
We enjoyed our weekly flower arranging this week and all gathered in the conservatory to create these lovely arrangements to be displayed around the home!
We enjoyed visits from our families!
A few of us this week enjoyed a wonderful surprise from Bev who took us to the county market! We had an amazing time and brought lots of goodies back with us!
We enjoyed a trip to the garden centre this week where we of course enjoyed a lovely coffee and some treats, but we also looked around at the animals they sold!
We celebrated our wonderful staff this week with the sunflower awards, this is a thank you for all the hard work and dedication they give to us!
We planted sunflowers this week at Hillbrow, we all got involved to help Dawn plant them and we are looking after them and excited to watch and see how tall they grow.
We then spent some time in the sunshine, soaking up the rays and enjoying the spring warmth and the gardens.
We enjoyed a performance from Smokey Joe this week, he came and sung all our favourite songs and we of course had to get up and dance!
