We always start our days with daily armchair exercises. This helps us to wake our bodies up and prepare us for the day ahead! It is a great way to ease us into keeping our muscles strong and healthy without taking too much out of us!

It was western week at Hill Brow, so we dressed up in our hats and shawls and played cowboys! It was a great laugh to see everyone taking part and looking absolutely fabulous!

We enjoyed a game of hangman this week, also sticking with the western theme! We all worked together as a team to beat Dawn!

We enjoyed our weekly physio session this week! This is a great way for us to keep active with specially designed exercises for each of us! The physio also comes up with some fun games so we don’t even realise we are working our muscles hard!

We enjoyed a game of ring toss this week. We took turns throwing the ring and kept track of our scores on the whiteboard… Can you see who won?

Some of us spent time relaxing in the conservatory this week playing a wonderful game of scrabble which helps to keep our minds active.

We enjoyed word games this week where we had to make as many words as possible out of the phrase BUTCH CASSIDY. As you can see, we came up with quite a few!
