We started off the week with our exercise routines

Thursday morning exercises
The residents love our wonderful Physio Rebecca who comes in every week to do exercises with us. This help keeps us mobile and our joints supple.

Its Thursday and every week we get beautiful fresh flowers delivered to the home. Our talented ladies doing all the arranging in vases to be placed around the home.
