Commonwealth Games Week

We’ve had a lovely time celebrating Commonwealth Week at Woodlands this week! We’ve been enjoying lots of fun activities, including playing games, getting out for long walks in the garden, taking part in a quiz, and enjoying plenty of word games to keep our brains ticking.

It’s been a fun and active week, with lots of laughter, conversation and opportunities to spend time together.

Flower Arranging

The residents enjoyed the morning flower-arranging activity.

Scrabble

The residents enjoyed playing a game of Scrabble in the afternoon.

Live Singer

The residents enjoyed a lovely afternoon in the garden singing and entertainment with the wonderful entertainer, Tracey.

Physiotherapy

Our residents enjoyed a positive and engaging session with our physiotherapist. It was a wonderful opportunity to take part in gentle exercises and activities designed to support movement, mobility and overall wellbeing. Everyone participated at their own pace and enjoyed the session.
